"As an artist, I am fascinated by the complex interplay between emotions and perception. In my latest series of black and white architectural photographs, entitled "No One Exists But You", I delve into the themes of loneliness, emptiness, and death, exploring how these emotions can color our experience of the built environment.
In the absence of human figures, the buildings themselves become the main characters in my photographs, their stark lines and shapes evoking a sense of solitude and detachment that is both haunting and beautiful. As I capture each building, I aim to highlight the small details that make up our daily lives, such as plants, lights, and reflections in windows, however, just as we pass by these buildings, a person's whole life is like a lonely pass through this world.
My photography is a visual representation of the complex emotions of detachment and solitude that we all face at some point in our lives. Through my work, I hope to inspire viewers to confront their own feelings of loneliness and invite them to examine their own experiences with detachment and solitude. Whether we are in the midst of a crowded city or in the quiet of our own thoughts, we are ultimately alone with ourselves, and it is in this state of isolation that we find our deepest connections to the world around us."
